Jennifer has supported senior leaders and board members as a Trusted Advisor and Partner, as a Head of HR and specialist in all areas of people, leadership, culture and broader workforce matters in both the private and public sectors, in Higher Education, Retail, Financial Services, Not for Profit, Indigenous organisations & student member based businesses.
Jennifer has worked across all states and territories in Australia and in the UK (as a consultant and locum) in both the govt and university sectors.
Jennifer has led large and small teams and has had the benefit and experience of leading a function with all the opportunities and challenges it brings.
